Today, a lot of music discovery comes from TikTok. We hear a couple seconds of a song and start to fall in love with that moment. What's missing is the backstory behind the songs and the artists making them. That space is being filled by many creators, and one of my favourites is helloyassine.
Today’s guest has been telling stories about the music industry on YouTube for over 5 years and is well known in the rap and hiphop community. What drew me to this person was their drive to master their craft. When I met this person, they had over 250k on YouTube yet it wasn’t their numbers which were impressive. It was the level of dedication to their craft as a storyteller. Since we met, it’s been inspiring to watch this person grow and become a master of their craft.
