Today’s guest is Josh Glodoveza. You might also know him as Caru. He’s the VP Talent at Fanjoy and works with some of the biggest Twitch streamers such as Sykkuno and Hannah Rose, to name a few. 

Caru's journey into the creator space starts in his early teen years. It started with creating Minecraft thumbnails for gamers and slowly evolved into managing incredible talent. 

Here are three things that stood out to me during our conversation:

1. Caru values the human side as much as someone's skill, which makes him a great manager
2. As VP Talent at Fanjoy, he’s helping creators build their brand beyond social media
3. He’s only 18 and already has so much experience. Imagine where he’ll go in the future
